How to send your digital scans to us
iTero
Option 1
- Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero scanner;
Connect with Sportsguard 3D using our Company ID: 444591
After connecting to us as a Lab, select “Sportsguard Labs” on your scanner when sending files.
- In your RX form, please include which mouth guard type and colour you would like
Option 2
Call 330-673-6932;
Select Option 1;
Request that Sportsguard 3D be added to your scanner. Identify our lab using our phone number 330-673-6932;
After Sportsguard 3D has been added, restart your scanner;
After connecting to us as a Lab, select Sportsguard 3D on your scanner when sending a file;
Please ensure that you send the scan to us as an .STL file.
Medit
Log into www.meditlink.com with the administrator account;
Go to “Partners on the left pane”;
Search for Sportsguard Labs or danb@sportsguard.com and click the “Request Partnership” button;
Approval: We will promptly approve your request, and your status will be updated to “Partners”;
Start sending cases: You’re now ready to transmit cases to Sportsguard Labs
- Please ensure that you send the scan to us as an .STL file.
